About me -

I was employed by Bausch & Lomb for thirty-two years.  My duties included several positions thru the years; being in lower management for the last ten years was the most exciting and challenging of my career.  Although the excitement was there I still felt uneasy about my life and wanted more.  The company was having some manufacturing issues and offered a very good buy-out.  I felt this was my chance to do something to change my life.  One of those benefits was college courses.  I enrolled with Monroe Community College in Human Services courses.  I loved it but felt very intimidated by the younger students.  That lasted about a day.  The students were wonderful to me.  I was truly treated with honor and respect.  I graduated after two years with a 3.8 but carried a 4.0 for several semester.  I was simply thrilled with myself.  Can you tell?  My goal was to work for a Ph.D.  Well, after I realized I was exhausted just trying to get an associates degree I put the education off and began looking for another challenge.

 

Why do I sell Real Estate?

The next challenege would be Real Estate.  My first thought about selling houses was Oh; I get to go into these beautiful homes and pick-up all these wonderful decorating ideas.  Wow was I in for a big surprise.  I took my first client into a house which had five dogs running all over the place - dining room table included.  Needless to say, I was sick before I got out of that house.  Did I mention my client had allergies to animals?  The poor fellow was using his inhaler by the time we got outside.  The bottom line why I sell Real Estate is (I suppose) I have never met more interesting and unique people.  I love it!

 

Specialities in Real Estate -

I haven't any specialities as of now but I thnk my training as a Human Services graduate will be taking me into the senior world.  I feel because of my age and my own parents, I can relate to their needs and comfort.

 

Awards and Honors:

At this time, I have not received any awards but feel much honored to be given a chance to try and earn some.

 

Any other pertinent information -

I'm very humble and honest.  I feel I can relate to most people simply because I have been most people.  I've experienced the ups of life and also the disappointments.  My strategies for life are work hard and never fear asking a question.  I do a lot of this.  As your salesperson, I will be totally devoted, focused and responsible for your wants and needs.
